During the month of January, members of the Geneva community will have the opportunity to read and respond to Greg Mortenson and David Oliver Relin's book Three Cups of Tea. This extraordinary book, tells the story of Greg Mortenson's incredible journey from mountaineer to humanitarian and provides a foundation for exploring the concepts of personal transformation and individuals as agents of social change.

Geneva Reads has partnered with Hobart and William Smith Colleges, the Geneva City School District and the Public Library to provide copies of the book to members of the community and support programming surrounding this amazing novel. On January 25th, everyone is invited to the Smith Opera House at 7:30pm to hear David Oliver Relin speak about his time in Afghanistan and Pakistan and his work with Greg Mortenson.
